1. Agreement
Welcome to Harmony Hub Studios! By accessing this website (harmonyhubstudios.com) and/or using our recording studio services located at 1212 Music Circle East, Nashville, TN 37203, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Harmony Hub Studios, a recording studio owned and operated by Reed Recording Enterprises, LLC, with principal offices in Nashville, Tennessee. These terms govern your use of our website and any services you book, reserve, or utilize at our recording studio. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
2. Use of Service
2.1 Studio Booking and Usage
All studio booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Harmony Hub Studios. To book a session, a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable if the session is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content recorded, mixed, or mastered at Harmony Hub Studios complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Harmony Hub Studios reserves the right to refuse service if we believe that any project violates these terms or is unlawful.
Clients are expected to treat the studio equipment and premises with respect. Any damage to equipment or property caused by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility and will be billed accordingly. No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior are permitted on the premises. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
2.2 Website Usage
The content on this website is for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website without notice. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Harmony Hub Studios reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Users are allowed to leave comments and reviews on our website. By posting content, you grant Harmony Hub Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. Any recordings made at Harmony Hub Studios remain the property of the client upon full payment of services rendered. However, Harmony Hub Studios reserves the right to use excerpts of the recordings for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are responsible for securing all necessary licenses and permissions for the use of copyrighted material in their recordings.
Harmony Hub Studios respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site; your address, telephone number, and email address; a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question. We are not responsible for any loss of data, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt a recording session.
Harmony Hub Studios is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers, such as sound engineers, musicians, or other contractors. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage for their equipment and personal belongings while on our premises. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Hub Studios, Reed Recording Enterprises, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our website or studio services.
We do not warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Applicable Law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Nashville, Tennessee.

Harmony Hub Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website or our studio services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
