All studio booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Harmony Hub Studios. To book a session, a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable if the session is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content recorded, mixed, or mastered at Harmony Hub Studios complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Harmony Hub Studios reserves the right to refuse service if we believe that any project violates these terms or is unlawful.
Clients are expected to treat the studio equipment and premises with respect. Any damage to equipment or property caused by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility and will be billed accordingly. No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior are permitted on the premises. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Clients are responsible for securing all necessary licenses and permissions for the use of copyrighted material in their recordings.
Harmony Hub Studios respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage for their equipment and personal belongings while on our premises. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Hub Studios, Reed Recording Enterprises, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our website or studio services.
